Ad Hoc Therapy Room Booking Terms
By registering for and booking Therapy Rooms through the Y-curate online booking platform, you agree to the following terms:
Rooms may be booked up to 21 days in advance, subject to availability.
Bookings may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session start time. Confirmed bookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another therapist.
Rooms may only be used during the booked time slot and solely for approved professional therapeutic services.
Practitioners must leave rooms clean, tidy, and ready for the next user. Additional charges may apply for overrunning sessions, damage, excessive cleaning, or failure to vacate on time.
Practitioners are responsible for the room, equipment, and contents during their booking period and must report any damage, incidents, or maintenance issues immediately to info@ycurate.com
Practitioners must hold appropriate professional qualifications, registrations, and valid professional indemnity and public liability insurance at all times.
Practitioners are solely responsible for their clients, treatments provided, clinical records, confidentiality obligations, and compliance with all applicable legal and professional requirements, including UK GDPR obligations where relevant.
Practitioners and their clients must behave respectfully and professionally while on the premises. Disruptive behaviour, excessive noise, inappropriate conduct, or misuse of the premises is not permitted.
CCTV operates in communal areas of the premises for safety and security purposes. No CCTV is installed within treatment rooms.
Practitioners must comply with all health, safety, security, and closing procedures communicated by Y-curate, including securing the premises if they are the final practitioner leaving the building.
Practitioners may not sublet, share, or permit use of booked rooms by third parties without prior written permission from Y-curate.
Y-curate accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or equipment brought onto the premises.
Y-curate reserves the right to refuse access to the premises, suspend bookings, or terminate access to the platform where these terms are breached.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any bookings, this provides opportunity for others to be contacted to fill this time.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours prior to your booked appointment will incur a cancellation charge subject to the full fee of your booking. Please email: info@ycurate.com at least 24 hours in advance of your bookings to avoid these fees. This policy includes ‘failed to attend’ appointments.
